Terms & Conditions for $200 Cashback Promotion
GENERAL
1.Information on how to enter and the prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these Terms and Conditions of Entry and the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
3.The Promoter is Stratton Finance Pty Ltd (Stratton) (ACN 070 636 903), 1/435 Williamstown Road, Port Melbourne, VIC, 3207, Australia (Promoter).
4.The Promotion commences at 12:01am on Wednesday 23 October 2024 with enquiry via the above form closing at 11:59 pm on Friday 30 December 2024, and applications submitted, approved, and settled by Friday 31 January 2025 (Promotion Period).
HOW TO ENTER
5.Entry is open to applications for a Stratton Finance personal loan secured from one of our lenders against a vehicle, motorbike, marine asset, caravan/RV, or a business commercial asset (unsecured personal loans are excluded) whereby enquiries, application, and settlements are made within the Promotion Period (Eligible Entrant).
6. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, and not available to Staff (and their immediate families) of Stratton Finance. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.
PRIZE
7.Every Eligible Entrant will receive one Activ™ Virtual Visa Card valued at $200 (Prize).
8.Eligible Entrants will receive an email containing a link to redeem their prize by 28 February 2025.
9.The prize is not exchangeable or transferable, nor redeemable for cash. The Promotor shall not be liable for prizes being lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way before or after redemption.
10.If the Promoter is unable to provide an Eligible Entrant with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value to the nominated Prize.
PROMOTER’S DISCLAIMER
11.The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

14.The Activ™ Virtual Visa Card is issued by Heritage and Peoples Choice Limited pursuant to a licence from Visa Worldwide Pte Limited. The Card is not reloadable, and is valid until the date shown on the front of the Card. Any remaining available balance will be forfeited on the expiry date.
