Terms & Conditions for Camplify Promotion 

GENERAL

1. Information on how to enter and the prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.

2. The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these Terms and Conditions of Entry and the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.

3. The Promoter is Stratton Finance Pty Ltd (Stratton) (ACN 070 636 903), 1/435 Williamstown Road, Port Melbourne, VIC, 3207, Australia (Promoter).

4. The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on Wednesday 20 November 2024 and closes at 5:59 pm on Friday 28 February, 2025 (Promotion Period).  

ELIGIBILITY FOR PROMOTION

5. This promotion is exclusively available to new customers of Stratton Finance.

6. The promotion applies only to the customer’s first loan with Stratton Finance.

7. Existing customers or those who have previously taken a loan with Stratton Finance are not eligible for this promotion.

8. Applications must be for a Stratton Finance personal loan secured from one of our lenders against a vehicle, motorbike, marine asset, caravan/RV, or a business commercial asset (unsecured personal loans are excluded).

9. Enquiries, applications, and settlements must be made within the Promotion Period to qualify for the promotion.

HOW TO ENTER

10. Entry is open to enquiries made using the above form or via the “Get a Quote” link to Stratton Finance from Camplify marketing activities. Follow the instructions provided in the marketing materials to submit your enquiry or application.

11. Entry is only open to Australian residents aged 18 years or over, and not available to Staff  (and their immediate families) of Stratton Finance. Immediate family means any of the following: spouse, ex-spouse, de-facto spouse, child or step-child (whether natural or by adoption), parent, step-parent, grandparent, step-grandparent, uncle, aunt, niece, nephew, brother, sister, step-brother, step-sister or 1st cousin.

PRIZE DETAILS

12. Eligible Entrants will receive an Activ™ Virtual Visa Card valued up to $2,500, based on their loan amount with Stratton Finance (Prize).

13. The value of the Activ™ Virtual Visa Card is based on the loan amount:

• Loan Amount: Less than $25,000 ($100 gift card)
• Loan Amount: $25,001 - $50,000 ($300 gift card)
• Loan Amount: $50,001 - $75,000 ($600 gift card)
• Loan Amount: $75,001 - $100,000 ($900 gift card)
• Loan Amount: $100,001 - $125,000 ($1,200 gift card)
• Loan Amount: $125,001 - $150,000 ($1,500 gift card)
• Loan Amount: $150,001 - $175,000 ($1,800 gift card)
• Loan Amount: $175,001 - $200,000 ($2,100 gift card)
• Loan Amount: Over $200,001 ($2,500 gift card).

14. Eligible Entrants will receive an email containing a link in the calendar month after they settle in order to redeem their prize.

15. The prize is not exchangeable or transferable, nor redeemable for cash. The Promoter shall not be liable for prizes being lost, stolen, damaged, or tampered with in any way before or after redemption.

16. If the Promoter is unable to provide an Eligible Entrant with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value to the nominated Prize.

PROMOTER’S DISCLAIMER

17. The Promoter is not liable for any loss or damage suffered (including but not limited to indirect or consequential loss), or for personal injury suffered or sustained as a result of taking any Prize, except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law.

18. This Promotion may be amended or withdrawn at the Promoter’s discretion, and these Terms and Conditions may be amended by the Promoter at any time during the Promotion Period, subject to any direction from a regulatory authority.

19. Unless otherwise advised, this Promotion is not available in conjunction with any other promotion or offer.

ACTIV VIRTUAL VISA CARD  TERMS AND CONDITIONS

20. The Activ™ Virtual Visa Card is issued by Heritage and People’s Choice Limited pursuant to a licence from Visa Worldwide Pte Limited. The Card is not reloadable and is valid until the date shown on the front of the Card. Any remaining available balance will be forfeited on the expiry date.
