Terms & Conditions for Camps Australia Wide Promotion
GENERAL
1.Information on how to enter and the prizes forms part of these Terms and Conditions of Entry. Entry into the Promotion constitutes acceptance of these terms and conditions.
2.The Promoter’s decision in relation to any aspect of these Terms and Conditions of Entry and the Promotion is final and binding on every person who enters. No correspondence will be entered into.
3.The Promoter is Stratton Finance Pty Ltd (Stratton) (ACN 070 636 903), 1/435 Williamstown Road, Port Melbourne, VIC, 3207, Australia (Promoter).
4.The Promotion commences at 12:01am AEST on August 1st 2024 and closes at 5:00pm on December 31st 2024 (Promotion Period).
HOW TO ENTER
5.Entry is open to applications for a Stratton Finance personal loan secured against a vehicle, motorbike, marine asset, caravan/RV, or a business commercial asset (unsecured personal loans are excluded) submitted, approved between 12:01am AEST on August 1st 2024 and 3:00 pm on December 29th 2024, and settles by 5:00 pm on December 31st 2024. (Eligible Entrant).
6. Stratton Finance staff members are not eligible for this promotion.
PRIZE
7.Every Eligible Entrant will receive one Activ™ Virtual Visa Card valued at $200 (Prize).
8.Eligible Entrants will receive an email containing a link to redeem their prize in the month following their settlement.
9.Eligible Entrants can only receive one prize during the promotional period.
10. This offer is not available to use in conjunction with any other offer or promotion.
11.The prize is not exchangeable or transferable, nor redeemable for cash. The Promotor shall not be liable for prizes being lost, stolen, damaged or tampered with in any way before or after redemption.
12.If the Promoter is unable to provide an Eligible Entrant with the nominated Prize, the Promoter reserves the right to supply an alternative prize of similar monetary value to the nominated Prize.
