Where were you born?

Perth, but consider myself a Melburnian after 13 years here!

How long have you been with Stratton Finance?

Since July 2022, its been one of the best career choices I have made.

What roles have you held previously?

I have previously worked in Talent Acquisition in a few different sectors, including Tourism, Retail and the Energy sector.

What is your role today and your objective?

I support our business in sourcing and hiring the best talent for our business. I see my role as a corporate dating service - I partner closely with both the people of Stratton Finance and our candidates to get to know them in depth and to provide them with a great experience – this way we can really ensure we have the most talented people in our business, and that we are the perfect employer for them!

What are you most excited about for the future?

I’ve worked with a lot of employers that think they have a fantastic culture, but in all honesty they aren’t that different to other employers. Stratton isn’t one of those employers, we have a unique and genuine culture that really does make every day a pleasure to go to work. I’m looking forward to showcasing more of our People & Culture in 2023, sharing our unique and positive employee experience to our new employees of 2023 and beyond!

The people of Stratton Finance are all phenomenal. We have a great customer proposition and brand that we all truly care for. I love that every day I get to speak with new prospective employees and share with them the unique brand and culture we have at Stratton.
