Finally, after months of planning and quite a lot of hard work from the tech folk here at Stratton HQ, the new Stratton Finance website is live. And we think you’ll agree; it’s looking pretty smart.
Why the change?
Our last website was a solid workhorse that served us well over the years, but as we approach two decades in business, we decided to trade it in for a brand new model.
While we loved our old site, and we’ll miss it a lot, sometimes you just have to move with the times. Think of it as trading in your old 2010 Commodore for a brand new 2018 model; it works for us.
Are you still offering the same services?
Yes, of course.
We’re still the same people providing you with the means to own your dream car or boat, we’ve just upgraded ourselves a little.
If anything, the new site layout will make it easier for our customers (you) to find our products and services.
We found that as we expanded our services in recent years, our old layout was starting to get a little cluttered. A fresh approach with new and easily navigated menus makes a huge difference to our customers.
And you know us, we’re all about making things easier for you.
So what’s different about the new site?
Aside from the obvious design aspects, there are quite a few changes that make for a better customer experience.
All our products in one place
Our homepage has gone through a complete overhaul, but we’re most impressed by how easy it is to find our products and services. Everything in one place; you’ve got to love that.
Easier to find articles
Our blog is now the ‘Newsroom,’ and although we will still provide you with the same up-to-date news from the world of motoring that we always have, we’ve made it easier for you to find the information you need.
The new tile layout makes browsing through our articles easier on the eye while the drop-down menu allows you to choose a category.

Better tools and calculators
One thing that we noticed in recent times is our customers’ need for accurate information on loan repayments without having to get on the phone.
We’ve had such tools available for some time now, but with a new design and a similar drop down menu to that of the Newsroom, it’s now easier to figure out everything from loan repayments to luxury car tax.

Clearer contact information
We’ve also made getting in touch with your local Stratton office super simple by improving our Contact page. You’ll notice that we’ve once again added a drop-down menu (yes, we have a thing for drop-down menus) that allows you to find offices according to your territory.

Like we mentioned earlier, at Stratton we’re all about customer satisfaction, and we appreciate feedback from our clients. So if you have any suggestions or feedback relating to our products or even our new site, we’d love to hear about it.
